It is not very often that I write things down But I must give some praise to some girls from our town They come to your house day after day And make you feel special in every way They come in each day saying ‘How do you feel?’ Let’s get you mobile and make you a meal They then tidy round and leave everything clean Doing their job like a well oiled machine So if you feel ill and your temperature mounts Send for the girls that work at Care Counts P.S. Remember when ringing don’t ask for Lil Shell, Take it from me your life will be hell.

Dear Michelle and all the girls. We would like to thank you all for the care and kindness you showed to our mother. It has been a long and difficult time but thankfully she is now at peace. All we have ever wanted was that she could die with dignity and genuine care. We hope we achieved it, with the help of you and all of us. Thank you all once again for your kindness and support. Keep up the good work! Best wishes.

How grateful we are

Hi Sam, on behalf of myself and my brothers we want you to know how grateful we are for Sharon’s care of our mum. We know my mum can be difficult but you have always done your best. Sharon is truly a star, she shows patience and is very caring to Mum – nothing is too much trouble. We appreciate that when she has time off you do your best to get Michelle to cover, as my mum likes continuity, as do most elderly people. It’s important as her manager you are aware of how good your staff are and you will only get to know if we tell you! A big thank you!!
